Nightingale Primary Academy is at an exciting stage in its development.  Opening in September 2014 the Academy is a rapidly expanding two form entry school, planned to grow year on year until September 2019, currently with classes in Reception, Year 1 and recently Year 2.  We have a fantastic team of highly motivated and enthusiastic teachers and support staff who deliver inspirational learning experiences.  All staff are committed to ensuring that excellence, inclusion and challenge are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking to appoint an innovative and well qualified classroom practitioner to join Co-op Academy Nightingale. This is a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to join a dynamic school and Trust as we continue to grow. Co-op Academy Nightingale currently has classes from Reception to Year 4 and will reach full capacity in 2019/20. The right candidate will be provided the opportunity to work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to continue to set the vision for the school with a view to potentially joining our Leadership Team as we continue to increase our capacity.

As part of the ongoing growth at Co-op Academy Nightingale a fantastic opportunity has arisen to support the growth of our Year 4 cohort. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and outstanding Teaching Assistant to join Co-op Academy Nightingale.

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has experience of working with children with English as an additional language and will work alongside the class teacher in supporting individuals and groups in their learning. The successful applicant will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be able to work constructively as part of a team.  In addition the successful applicant will understand the importance of high expectations for behaviour and achievement and share in the schools commitment to improving the life opportunities of the children in our schools.
